We have a strict 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or if any parts are missing.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

4. Return Process (Authorization Required)

You must wait for our clear instructions and the exact address of our authorized return facility. Any package returned without our prior approval will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
5. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that our authorized return facility is located in Europe (France), and international return shipping rates will apply.
Since we provided free initial shipping for your order, your refund will cover the full purchase price of the item without any shipping deductions. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. For items of this value, it is essential, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
7. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or returned packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. No refunds will be granted in these specific cases. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
