Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer free Premium Delivery on all orders to the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high carrier volumes (e.g., during holiday seasons).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can track its journey in real-time. To do so, simply visit the "Track your order" tab accessible from your customer account or in the footer of our website. You can also access it directly via this link: https://havertonbags.com/apps/parcelpanel. You will just need to enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout. Please allow 48 to 72 hours post-shipment for the tracking information to initially update in the system.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

We guarantee the delivery of your package to the address provided. However, once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" to the address entered at checkout, our responsibility ends. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office directly. We do not issue refunds for packages marked as "Delivered."

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a very short window to cancel or modify your order or shipping address. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at contact.haverton@gmail.com. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be granted.
